PAC DONATIONS
ACEC National and ACEC Kansas each operate a Political Action Committee, or “PAC”, for the advancement of the public policy interests of ACEC members. The PACs are officially titled “ACEC PAC” (National) and “ACEC of Kansas PAC” (State). There are separate objectives and restrictions on each PAC.
ACEC PAC, the national entity, focuses on federal elected officials and their positions on federal policy. Contributions to ACEC PAC can be made only by individuals or Corporate PACs.
ACEC of Kansas PAC, the state entity, focuses on state elected officials and their positions on state policy. Contributions to the ACEC of Kansas PAC can be made by individuals or companies.
ACEC of Kansas PACThe ACEC of Kansas PAC provides an opportunity for members to collectively support candidates who have an understanding of the consulting engineering industry and support public policy which improves the environment in which our member firms do business. Candidate contributions are determined by the ACEC of Kansas PAC Committee and Board of Directors. Any firm or individual contributing to the ACEC of Kansas PAC is offered a spot on that Committee. Contributions can be made by sending a check, made out to “ACEC of Kansas PAC”, to the ACEC Kansas office at 825 S Kansas Avenue, Suite 500, Topeka KS, 66612. Contributions can also be made online by clicking the button below and paying via credit card or PayPal. | ACEC National PACThe American Council of Engineering Companies Political Action Committee (ACEC/PAC) was established to allow ACEC members the opportunity to support federal candidates who promote a pro-business legislative agenda. ACEC/PAC is bipartisan and operates in full compliance with the Federal Election Campaign Act. It is funded solely by ACEC member contributions. To make a contribution, fill out this form and return it to ACEC as instructed on the form. To make sure this is tracked for our Kansas contributions to the national PAC, please write “Credit to Kansas” somewhere on the form. Or use your credit card to contribute online here.

As a reminder, the national PAC cannot accept corporate checks or corporate credit cards. Either personal checks/credit cards and/or PAC to PAC contributions are acceptable. Also ACEC Kansas raises money for two PACs, one at the state and one at the national level. The state PAC monies are solicited separately and fund Kansas policies, issues, and candidates at the state legislative level in Topeka. |
