Join us as we hear from Katharine Mottley, ACEC National’s Vice President of Tax and Workforce Policy, who will bring us up to speed on next year’s tax debate. Several key provisions of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act – including the Section 199A passthrough tax deduction and all of the lower individual tax rates – are scheduled to expire at the end of 2025 if Congress doesn’t act. Katharine will review which tax provisions that affect engineering firms are up for consideration and how the election results will impact the negotiations.
