The ACEC Midwest States Conference is a joint event held by ACEC Kansas, ACEC Missouri and ACEC Oklahoma.
It will be held on June 7 - 9, 2023, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Springfield, MO. We have a superb program put together that includes the following events:
- Site Visit of Lake Springfield Master Plan
- ACEC/PAC Fundraiser at BigShots Golf
- Welcoming Reception & Dinner (includes entertainment by Springfield Improv)
- Keynote Speaker: Aisha Bowe, Former NASA Rocket Scientist & Founder/CEO of STEM Board
- Programs: CEO Roundtables; Scope Creek, Level of Service and Leaving Money on the Table; Why Engineers Need to Show Up Panel Discussion; ACEC Members Filling the Engineering Pipeline Panel Discussion; Cyber Trends in 2023; Ownership Transition Planning - Direct Ownership, ESOP or Both
- Reception & Springfield Cardinals Baseball Game
- State Meetings (ACEC Kansas, ACEC Missouri; & ACEC Oklahoma)
- Spouse/Kids Visit to Dickerson Park Zoo & Lunch

Registration Information
Conference Registration: The early-bird deadline to register for the conference is Wednesday, May 17, 2023. To register for the 2023 Midwest States Conference, click here.
ACEC/PAC Fundraiser Registration: To register for the ACEC/PAC Fundraiser at BigShots Golf, click here.
Cancellation Policy: Full registration will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, if written notification is received on or before May 26. No refunds will be granted after this date, however, substitutions are welcome.
Hotel and Airport Information
Hotel: All events will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located at 2431 N. Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803. The room block for the ACEC Midwest States Conference will be held until Monday, May 12, 2023. The block will be released after that date.
