On the Frontline: the state of water in Kansas
Straddling the 100th meridian, Kansas sits at the frontline of both water quantity and water quality issues. Dr. Mehl will discuss issues facing water in Kansas, and recent efforts to plan and advocate for a secure supply of water into the future. She will also highlight success stories in water management that benefit people and nature.
These lunches are where we discuss issues of concern to ACEC of Kansas and the engineering industry. The ACEC of Kansas Board, as always, is interested in getting feedback from you and your attendance at this event affords that opportunity.
